It was designed to handle large-volume, parallel sequencing data. The system implements the processing of sequencing data, the automation of analysis workflows, and the clinical interpretation of results in a unified, scalable technological environment.
A blood plasma-based (ctDNA) liquid biopsy service developed for breast tumors, designed to track the molecular profile of the tumor over time. Molecular changes measured across serial samples can provide supplementary information for following the therapeutic response and the course of the disease, and can help with the early identification of resistance mutations, often before clinical or radiological progression.
A blood-based, multimodal liquid biopsy we are developing to detect early-stage breast cancer. Alongside circulating tumour DNA it examines platelet-bound RNA markers, so that the result reads several signal sources together. In development; market entry planned for 2027.
A urine-based, non-invasive molecular test supporting prostate cancer risk assessment, based on the detection of the TMPRSS2–ERG gene fusion frequently associated with prostate tumors. Sampling is done from a simple urine sample without prostate massage, which makes it gentle and possible to perform at home.
The next step after PC-Alarm Focus: a gentle, urine-based prostate cancer risk assessment built on the joint evaluation of several markers instead of one. Its aim is more precise decision support for the urologist, as a supplement to PSA-based work-up. In development; market entry planned for 2027.

A 55-gene, NGS-based solid tumor panel test (from FFPE tumor tissue or plasma sample) for the identification of clinically relevant mutations, copy number alterations, and gene fusions. The structured report focuses on therapeutic decision support: it highlights alterations linked to targeted treatments, resistance mutations, and predictive markers associated with PARP inhibitors and immunotherapy.
