Our new tests come out of these directions. From monitoring to early detection: the Monitor family tracks the molecular changes of a known tumour during treatment, and the Alarm family turns the same liquid biopsy foundation the other way, towards signalling a tumour's presence at an early stage, starting with breast cancer. From one marker to markers read together: alongside circulating tumour DNA we are bringing in new signal sources, such as platelet-bound RNA markers, and in urine-based tests the joint evaluation of several markers instead of a single gene fusion. A sample that fits an ordinary day: blood and urine, gentle, and where possible collected at home. From data to decision: every new test is built on the same platform, and genosmart DX keeps the processing, analysis and clinical interpretation of sequencing data in one auditable workflow. Our developments run in academic and clinical collaborations.
