🇬🇧 We were delighted to accept the invitation of Ibu Lucia Rizka Andalusia, Director General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices at the Indonesian Ministry of Health, to visit Indonesia’s genomic center, BGSI (Biomedical and Genomic Science Initiatives), in Jakarta, as honored guests. From the very first moments, it was clear that serious, well-thought-out work is taking place here. It was important for us to see in person the professional mindset guiding how this center is being built. We saw there the cutting edge technologies meet with open minded, research-oriented talents. During our discussions, several areas of alignment emerged where our software solutions could meaningfully support the tertiary analysis of sequencing data — even beyond the classical tumor diagnostic applications. It was particularly interesting to see how strongly regulatory aspects are embedded in their genomic approach. In this respect, we share a common perspective. We look forward to continuing this dialogue and exploring concrete opportunities for collaboration in the near future.

🇬🇧 Signing an MOU is easy. Making an impact is hard. Sometimes a Memorandum of Understanding is no more than a good photo: a handshake, a ceremony — and then nothing happens. Our collaboration with Graha Teknomedika, Febie Yuriza Poetri and the Rumah Sakit Kanker "Dharmais"​ - Pusat Kanker Nasional (National Cancer Hospital), however, is not about gestures, but about real, shared work. That is why we returned to Jakarta: to turn intention into tangible results. We are building a mutually beneficial partnership that meaningfully supports the development of oncology care in Indonesia. We are currently working to bring • liquid biopsy solutions designed for everyday clinical use, • advanced solid tumor NGS diagnostic technologies, and • the GenosmartDX clinical decision-support software directly into the hands of Indonesian clinicians and patients. With the professional leadership of the Dharmais National Cancer Hospital, the signature turns into work: joint workgroups, pilot projects, knowledge transfer, and practical deployment. For us, an MOU is not a conclusion, it is the beginning of change.
